dana's bridals | castle mcculloch

My beautiful sister Dana (soon to be “Dayna” as she’s changing her first along with her last name) is getting married this weekend! She’s the middle kiddo of the five of us siblings, and when she asked us to shoot her wedding I was beyond excited.  She did ask if I’d prefer to be in the bridal party, but I wanted to be behind the camera, documenting her day as beautifully as I can.  Which means I got out of buying another bridesmaids dress. ;) Kidding! I would’ve happily done either, but this is our gift to her.

Last fall I met her at her wedding venue, Castle McCulloch to do her bridal portraits. The leaves were a perfect, and incredibly gorgeous backdrop outside at the castle.  See for yourself, doesn’t she look like a princess? :)

Dana & her soon-to-be hubby, Marcus, will be married inside the castle, right here where she’s standing at the doors.

For a fall wedding, I’d love to shoot a wedding right here on this bridge. Look at that color! And the lanterns? We got quite a few gorgeous shots right here.

I love this, it’s so Dana!

Princess in the woods. :)

Since it was fall, I had to find a yummy-colored leaf for her ring shot. Love it!

I’m queing up this post so it will be published right after they’re married, because I’ve wanted to share them since I took the first shot!  Can’t wait to share her upcoming wedding photos. :)
