I almost get teary-eyed when I think that little not-so-little Hudson here was one of the first newborns we photographed. He now has a little sister on the way, and we can’t wait to meet and photograph her too!
We met at the UNC Botanical Gardens for some belly & family shots. Since we’re doing a full newby session when little Nora arrives, Gretchen booked a mini session this time around. For anyone else booking a full session this year, we’re offering separate mini sessions for you too. Give us a shout and we’ll send you the details. :)
Handsome Hudson was on the move for most of the session, but I love this grin we caught here just before he escaped my viewfinder.
Kisses for baby Nora :)
And kisses for mommy!
Beautiful light, beautiful mama :)
Cute mommy & daddy, wouldn’t you say? :)
Tell me you don’t want a cupcake after seeing this, I dare you. If you don’t, something isn’t right with your sweet tooth. This was what Gretchen chose as her “craving” shot. She made sure to mention she craved several things, but cake was on the list, and she decided to ice them pink for baby girl Nora. And she even brought some for us to take home (more reasons to love her)! :)
I love the look Hudson’s giving Jordan here. “This is my cupcake, whatchu lookinat?”
Love this handpainted sign, made for her by a dear friend (who happens to also make lovely jewelry). Those birdies are adorable!
Gretchen, Ryan & Hudson, we can’t wait to see you again next month, with your new addition. :)
